A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of BERNARD E. BLUME. as his sole
and separate prooerty.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 53.00 feet of that
portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 15,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian.
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section
15, Southerly 600.71 feet from the Northeast corner
thereof; thence, Westerly 200.00 feet; thence, North-
erly parallel with said East line a distance of 60.00
feet; thence Easterly 200.00 feet to the East line of
said Section 15; thence, Southerly along the East
line of the Northeast quarter of said Section 15, to
the point of beginning;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar 01,00)0
