RESOLUTION NO, 6215
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TERRITORY PRO-
POSED TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND DESIGNATED "DOWLING- ORANGETHORPE ANNEX-
ATION," ARE DEFINITE AND CERTAIN.
WHEREAS, on the 2 day of June, 1960, the pro
ponents of the Dowling-Orangethorpe Annexation submitted to
the Orange County Boundary Commission a description of the
boundaries of said proposed annexation; and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of July, 1960, the
Orange County Boundary Commission did file its report and
did suggest certain minor corrections `in the boundaries of
said proposed annexation, which corrections did not change
the boundaries of said proposed annexation as they were set
forth in the report of the proponents to the Boundary Com-
mission and
WHEREAS, said minor corrections have been made and
the City Engineer of the City of Anaheim has filed his writ-
ten report and certificate stating that said boundaries, as
corrected, of said proposed annexation are now definite and
certain; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said corrected description has
been forwarded to the Boundary Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby find and determine
that the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed
to the City of Anaheim and designated "Dowling- Orangethorpe
Annexation," are definite and certain, and that the circula-
tion of a petition for the annexation thereof to the City
of Anaheim is hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 9th day of August, 1960.

of the City of Anaheim, held on the 9th day of August, 1960, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Chandler, Coons, Fry, Thompson and Schutte.
NOES: COUNCILMEN4 None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Resolution No. 6215 on the 9th day of
August, 1960.
