A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 6113 IN
RECLASSIFICATION NO. F -59 -60 -106, AND RE-
FERRING THE MATTER BACK TO THE CITY PLANNING
COMMISSION FOR FURTHER HEARING AND PROCEEDINGS.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on June 28, 1960, the
City Council did adopt Resolution No. 6113 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. F -59 -60 -106, approving the reclassification of
the property therein described from R -A, RESIDENTIAL
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to 0 -1, NEIGHBORHOOD-COMMERCIAL ZONE and
R -3, NULT1PLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that an error was
made in the description of said property in the notices given
of the public hearings to be held by the City Planning Com-
mission and the City Council on the matter of said change of
zones; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
the City Planning Commission failed to designate the parti-
cular portions of subject property approved for R and C -1
zoning in its resolution recommending to the City Council
the reclassification of subject property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Resolution No.
6113 adopted by the City Council in said reclassification
proceedings should be rescinded and the matter of said change
of zones referred back to the City Planning Commission for
further hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6113 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. F -59 -60 -106 be, and the same is
hereby rescinded; and that the matter of said change of zones
be and it is hereby referred back to the City Planning Com-
mission for further hearing and proceedings.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an additional filing fee
of $50.00 shall be required before any further proceedings are
had and conducted in connection with said reclassification.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of August, 1960.
