1960-6194WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 10th day of Nay,
1960, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 6001 amending
Condition No. 6 of Resolution No. 5596 to read as amended as
set forth in said Resolution No. 6001; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that due to changed
circumstances and ambiguity, that said Condition No. 6 should
be amended to read as hereinafter set forth.

6001 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Condition No. 6 as set forth in
said Resolution No. 6001 be, and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:

RESOLUTION NO. 6194
"6. That all engineering requirements of the City
of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities,
or other appurtenant work be complied with as
required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with Plan No. 1000 on file in the Office of the
City Engineer.
That said engineering requirements shall be
installed at the time the property is developed,
as required by the City Engineer and in
accordance with Plan No. 1000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Resolution No. 6001
in all other respects be, and the same is, hereby affirmed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
