TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY

EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 180.00 feet.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of EVERETTE C. FARNSWORTH and
ANTTA M_ FARNSWORTH, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 53.00 feet, (as measured
from the centerline of La Palma Avenue) of that parcel
of land described as follows:
The Northerly 180.00 feet of the Easterly 60.00 feet
of the Westerly 308.00 feet of the E half of the
North half of the North half of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian.
PARCEL 2. An easement for public utility purposes, over
under and across the southerly five (5) feet of the
above described parcel of land.
PARCEL 3. An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly five (5) feet of that
parcel of land described as follows:

of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar 41.00)
