RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 3 TO AGREEMENT FOR MAIN-
TENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY: OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment Number 3
to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State highway in the City of
Anaheim, dated July 1, 1960,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment Number
3 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that said Amendment Number 3 is hereby approved and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City.
ADOPTED this 26th day of July, 1960.
