A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
pn ases and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to The City; and.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ELIZABETH LANCASTER. as her sole
and separate property
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The Northerly 10.00 feet of the North half of
the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section
14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian.
PARCEL TWO: A temporary easement for construction purposes
to become null and void upon completion of a sanitary sewer
line.
The Southerly 10.00 feet of the Northerly 20.00 feet of the
North half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 41.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
