1960-6538A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEII AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AI'ENDED AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE AND ACQUIS-
ITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL
PURPOSES; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 6495.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 8th day of
November, 1960, the City Council did adopt Resolution No.
6451 authorizing the purchase of Parcel No. 2 of the real
property therein described upon the terms and conditions
therein specified; and
WHEREAS, a certain agreement was prepared and
submitted to the City Council to be made and entered into
by and between Aliso Homes, Inc., a corporation, and the
City of Anaheim upon the terms and conditions set forth in
said Resolution No. 6451; and
WHEREAS, on December 13, 1960, the City Council
did adopt Resolution No. 6537 amending the description con-
tained in said Resolution No. 6451; and
WHEREAS, an amended agreement has been prepared and
submitted to the City Council to be made and entered into by
and between Aliso Homes, Inc., a corporation, and the City of
Anaheim upon the terms and conditions set forth in Resolution
No. 6537; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the amended agreement so prepared is in accordance with
the terms and conditions set forth in Resolution No. 6537 and
should be executed by the City of Anaheim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said amended agreement this day
submitted to the City Council above mentioned be, and the
same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute the same for and on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
RESOLUTION NO. 6495 is hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 13th day of December, 1960.
