A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement, for public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to The City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of OLIN K. DARNEL and EDNA DARNEL,
husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for n e se ent f qr n hlic tit' ty purposes
and more particu described as rollows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across the Westerly 33.00 feet of the Easterly 53.00
feet of that portion of land described as follows:
The South half of the Northeast quarter of the North
half of Lot 14 in Block "K" of the Kraemer Tract as
per map: recorded in Book 12, Pages 87 and 88 of
miscellaneous records of Los Angeles County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
