1960-6533A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
RESOLUTION NO. 6533
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of EDWARD W. BONKOSKY, a single man;
CHARLES W. JACKSON and ROWENA C. JACKSON, husband and wife, and MELVIN MUNGERSON
and LILLIAM B. MUNGERSON, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across the following described parcels of land:
PARCEL ONE: The Southerly 25.00 feet of the Northerly
45.00 feet of the East half of Lot 2 in Block 14 of
Golden State Tract, as per map recorded in Book 4,
Pages 66 and 67 of miscellaneous maps, records of said
Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO: The Southerly 25.00 feet of the Northerly
45.00 feet and the Westerly 33.00 feet of the Easterly 53.00
feet of the North half of the Northeast quarter of the North
half of Lot 14 in Block "K" of the Kraemer Tract as per map
recorded in Book 11 Pages 87 and 68 of miscellaneous
records of Los Angeles County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
