A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR POLES AND ELECTRIC POWER
LINES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for poles and electric power
lines and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arlthe im that the offer of RALPH W. BEATTY and EDITH E. BEATTY,
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an ea ement for poles and electric power lines
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for poles and electric power lines over and
across the Southerly 18.00 feet of the Northerly 38.00
feet of the following described parcels of land:
Lots 10, 11, 12, and 13, of the Eucalyptus Forest Tract
as shown on a map recorded in Book 5, Pages 29 and 30
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Said poles to be located 33.00 feet south of the centerline
of Anaheim Road on the following described lot lines of the
above mentioned Tract.
The Westerly line of Lot 10.
The Westerly line of Lot 12.
The Easterly line of Lot 13.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
