A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLN UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ERNEST G. HEYDEMAN and CATHARINE E.
HEYDEMAN. husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the fol ow ng es cr a rea property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for public utility _purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the Northerly 25.00 feet of the Southerly
45.00 feet of the following described parcel of land;
Lot 12 in Block 9 of the Golden State Tract as per
map recorded in Book 4, Pages 66 and 67 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Excepting, therefrom, the West 8 acres thereof.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Finds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
