A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR TUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the'benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of LE= TERRPCE, INC., a corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for ublic utility purposes
and more particularly descr as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under one across certain
portions of Lots 1 to 107 inclusive of Tract #3439, as sold Lots ^re
shown on a map of Tract recorded in 3ook 132, pages 7 to 9 inclusive
of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, described as follows:
The Southerly 5.00 feet of Lot 1.
The Southerly 5.00 feet of the ,'lesterly 35.00 feet of Lot 2.
The Southerly 6.00 feet of the Easterly 30.00 feet of the Westerly 65.00 feet

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
