RESOLUTION NO. 649
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE AND ACQUISITION
OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL
PURPOSES.;
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 8th day of
November, 1960, the City Council did adopt Resolution No.
6451 authorizing the purchase of Parcel No. 2 of the real
property therein described upon the terms and conditions
therein specified; and
WHEREAS, a certain agreement has been prepared and
submitted to the City Council to be made and entered into by
and between Aliso Homes, Inc., a corporation, and the City of
.Anaheim upon the terms and conditions set forth in said
Resolution No. 6451; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the agreement so prepared is in accordance with the
terms and conditions set forth in said resolution and should
be executed by the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said agreement this day submitted
to the City Council above mentioned be, and the same is
hereby approved and that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the same for and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 5th day of December, 1960.
