A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DIRECTING THE CORRECTION OF THE
DESCRIPTION OF THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MAGNOLIA
AND CERRITOS ANNEXATION TO CONFORM TO SUGGESTED
CHANGES BY THE ORANGE COUNTY BOUNDARY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on September 23, 1960,
the description of the boundaries of the proposed Magnolia and
Cerritos Annexation was submitted to the Orange County Boundary
Commission pursuant to Section 35002 of the Government Code of
the State of California for a report with respect to the
definiteness and certainty of the proposed boundaries; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Boundary Commission has
suggested that Calls 7, 11 and 25 be corrected to read as
follows:
Call 7:
Thence Northerly along the Westerly right of way
line of said Webster Street a distance of 704 feet
more or less, to the Northerly line of Lot 2 of
said Tract No. 796; thence,
Call 11:
Easterly along the Southerly line of Lot One,
Block A of said Tract No. 787, a distance of
20.00 feet more or less to the intersection of
the Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line
of Lot 6 of the P. A. Stanton Tract, as shown
on a map filed in Book 5, Pages 23 and 24 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California; thence,
Call 25:
Northerly along the East lines of Lots 6, 7, 8 and
9 of said Tract No. 2715 a distance of 240 feet more
or less, to the intersection with the South line of
Tract No. 3104, as shown on a map filed in Book 92,
Pages 46 and 47 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California; thence,
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that these minor
changes in said description should be made to make the description
of the boundaries of said proposed annexation more definite and
certain;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Calls 7, 11 and 25 of the description
of the proposed Magnolia and Cerritos Annexation be modified

to read as above set forth and that the description of the
boundaries of said proposed annexation as amended be used in
all proceedings henceforth.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 1st day of November, 1960.

Thompson.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Schutte.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tem of the
City of Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 1st
day of November, 1960.
