A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANvAHEINM
ACCEPTING A DEED QUITCLAIMING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim dia heretofore enter into an
escrow with Pacific Water Co., a corporation, at United
California. Bank, Anaheim Office, Anaheim, California, for the
purchase of certain water works facilities, including the
property upon which the well is located and certain real prop-
erty for easements and rights of way for transmission lines and
distribution mains, for municipal purposes; and
United
WHEREAS, said /California Bank is now ready to close said
escrow and a Quitclaim has been prepared quitclaiming the real
property hereinafter described to the City of Anaheim for ease-
ments for ingress and egress and pipe line purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the Quitclaim Deed remising, releasing and
quitclaiming to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for easements for ingress and egress and pipe line
purposes, and more particularly described as:
A right of way for ingress and egress over the North 10
feet of Lot Five in Tract No. 1129, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 38, page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, except the West
4 feet thereof.
A right of way over the East 5 feet of Lots One, Two,
Three, and Four, the North 5 feet of Lot Four, the North
5 feet of Lot Five, except the West 40 feet thereof, the
West 5 feet of Lot Five, except the North 40 feet thereof,
the West 5 feet of Lots Six, Seven and Eight, the East 5
feet of Lots Nine, Ten, Eleven and Twelve in Tract No.
1129, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 38, page 6 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
to install, maintain and replace pipe lines.
A ten foot easement along the Southerly line of the fol-
lowing described property:
Ail that certain land situated in the County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows, to -wit;
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S. B. B. M., described as follows;
Beginning at the Northwest corner of land described in
deed to Vernon J. Long and wife recorded October 15th,
1952 in Book 2396, page 293 of Official Records, said
point being in the North line of the Southwest quarter of
the Northeast quarter of said Section 18 and distant South
88° 58' 15" West 281.16 feet from the Northeast corner of
the West half of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 18; thence South 0° 19 15" west
along the Westerly line of said land of Vernon J. Long a
distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 58 50 15" West
parallel with the North line of the Southwest quarter of
Northeast quarter of said section 18, a distance of 110.00
feet; thence North 0° 19' 15" East 150.00 feet to the North
line of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of

A ten foot easement along the Southerly line of the
following described property:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S. B. B. N., described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of tne land described
in the deed to Anthony W. uo Porto and wife recorded
November 28th, 1952 in Book 2416, page 574 of Official
Records of Orange County, said Point being in the North
Line of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
of said Section 18 and distant Westerly 391.16 feet from
the Northeast corner of the West half of the Southwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 18;
thence South 0 19' 15" West along the Westerly line of
said land of Anthony W. Lo Porto, a distance of 150 feet;
thence South 88° 58' 15" West along a line parallel with
the North line of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 18, a distance of 110 feet;
thence North 0 19' 15" East 150 feet to the worth line
of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said
Section 18; thence North 88° 56' 15" East 119 feet to the
point of beginning.
A ten foot easement over the easterly line and over the
northerly line of the easterly 70 feet of the following
described property:
The North 100 feet of the South 970 feet of the West
half of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S. B. B.
M, County of Orange, State of California.
A ten foot easement along a line parallel with and 190
feet West of the Easterly line of the following described
property:
The West one -half of the Southwest quarter of the North-
east quarter (except the East 165 feet of the North 264
feet and the South 970 feet) all in Section 18, Township
4 South, mange 10 West, S. B. B. N., Orange County,
California.
A ten foot easement along the Southerly line oC and the
Westerly line of the following described property:
The West 110 feet of the East 281.16 feet of the North
254.05 feet of the west 21.01 acres of the Southwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 18, Township
4 South, Range 10 hest, S. B. B. M., in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, Orange County, California.
be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.

BE IT AT.i-THER ihESOLV D, that said escrow holder be,
and it is hereby authorized to deliver to said vendor the
amount of the purchase price for said property, heretofore
deposited in escrow, when all conditions of said escrow
have been met and complied with.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of January, 1962.
