A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility Eurposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of GENERAL FOODS CORPORATION,
a corporation
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the following described
parcel of land:
Beginning at a point 60.00 feet North of the
South line of Section 23, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. M., and 78 feet West
of the East line of said section; thence
Easterly, parallel to said South line, 25 feet;
thence Northerly parallel to said East line,
25 feet; thence Southwesterly in a direct line
to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

$E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
Of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out O' General PUn4s of Oa City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).,
