A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City -of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road,and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS
•F THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA and RAY Y MALLONEE and
DOROTHY A, MALLONEE. husband and wife,
to sell. to the City of Anaheim the described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
Public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across that parcel
of land, described as follows:
The Easterly 32.00 feet of the Northerly
60.00 feet of the Southerly 360.00 feet of
the West half of the Southwest quarter of
the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian.
For the purposes of this description the
Easterly 32.00 feet above mentioned is
measured from the centerline of Liberty
Lane.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
