A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY_
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HEYER PERKINS a
partnership composed of DON HEYER and ALFRED E. PERKINS.

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described rear
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Northerly 53.00 feet
(as measured at right angles from the center
line of Orangethorpe Avenue) of the following
described parcel of land:
The West 198 feet of the North 660 feet of that
portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 3, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, S.B.B. M., as said section is shown on
a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, lying
Easterly of the Easterly line of the land conveyed
to the California Central Railway Company by
deeds recorded November 9, 1887 in Book 327,
pages 220 and 221 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles
County, California.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
Of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to Pay to the owners
of said real property, out Of General Fund of ttio City of
