1962-0030WHEREAS, JOE ANTON having filed a written appli-
cation for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 414 West La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, California, to
843 Yvonne Place, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 16th day of January, 1962, at the hour of 3:00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment roll;and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly
held and conducted and all persons interested therein given
an opportunity to be heard, and said Council having duly
considered said application, together with all evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that
said application should be denied;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said Joe Anton
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
4 West La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, California, to 843 Yvonne
Place, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
