1962-0026RESOLUTION NO. 62R -26 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS WITH REFERENCE TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 180. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a request for a Conditional Use Permit from Delos and Goldie Patterson, Alta Loma, California, to establish a 37-unit motel on property situated at the southeast corner of Lincoln and Dale Avenues, in the City of Anaheim, and more particularly described in the petition for said Conditional Use Permit; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said request on November 27, 1961, notices of which said public hearing were daly given as required by law and the provisions of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing did adopt its Resolution No. 158- Series 1961 -62 denying said Conditional Use Permit; and WHEREAS, thereafter, within 22 days from the date of the adoption of said resolution, a written appeal was filed with the City Council protesting the action of the City Planning Commission in denying said Conditional Use Permit, and said appeal was set for public hearing on December 26, 1961, at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, and notices of such public hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did continue said hearing to January 9, 1962; and WHEREAS, Delos Patterson, one of the owners of subject property, has requested that all proceedings with reference to Conditional Use Permit No. 180 be terminated and that no further action be taken on the petition for said permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings with reference to Conditional Use Permit No. 180 be and the same are hereby terminated, and that no further action be had on the petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 180.
