RESOLUTION NO. 62R -9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY, HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED,
FOR ALLEY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Country Development, Inc., did heretofore
offer for dedication for alley purposes Lot A of Tract No.
3886 by document entitled "Irrevocable Offer of Dedication"
executed the 14th day of September, 1961; and
WHEREAS, the condition of the dedication was such
that the properties abutting said Lot A were required to pay
their proportionate share of the utilities and improvements
constructed in the alley contiguous to said Lot A; and
WHEREAS, Country Development, Inc., has acknowledged
that all conditions of said Irrevocable Offer of Dedication
have been met as to the Northerly 298.40 feet of said Lot A
and has requested the City of Anaheim to accept the offer
of dedication as to said Northerly 298.40 feet.
NO1(, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that, in accordance with the terms
of the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication executed on the 14th
day of September, 1961, by Country Development, Inc., and in
conformity with the further notification of said Country
Development, Inc., that the condition of said Irrevocable
Offer of Dedication has been met, and upon the request of
said Country Development, Inc., that the City now accept
the dedication, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby accept, for alley purposes, the Northerly 2.98.40
feet of Lot A of Tract No. 3886, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 151, Pages 8, 9 and 10, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 2nd day of January, 1962.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim

January, 1962.
