A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public iltility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CRENSHAW LEASING CORPORATION,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the. described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
Aneasement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the westerly 53 feet, as
measured at right angles from the center line of
Placentia Avenue, and the southerly 45 feet, as
measured at right angles from the center line of
Cerritos Avenue of the following described parcel
of land:
The 'West 10 acres of the South half of the South-
west quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
Twenty -four, Township Four South, Range Ten West,
S.B.B. M., in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in Book
51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, Calif ozn ia.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, dnd he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out Of General Fads of thih City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 410000
