A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
Utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real. property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DACE CON TRVCTION

to sell to the City of Anaheim the. following described rear
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

and more particular described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the Northerly
45.00 feet and the Easterly 32.00 feet of that
parcel of land described as follows:
The East half of the Northeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. M., also being the East half of Lot
Eleven of Helen Lynch's Addition to the City
of Anaheim as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 442, page 158 of Deeds, records of
Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
