FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
PARCEL ONE: The Northerly 45.00 feet of the East
five (5) acres of the North twenty (20) acres of
Lot Fifteen in Block K of the Kraemer Tract, in
the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of
Miscellaneous Records in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.
PARCEL TWO: The Westerly 53.00 feet of the South
half of the North half of Lot Fifteen in Block K
of the Kraemer Tract, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
