1962-0317WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of acquiring all vehicular access rights which
the owners of the hereinafter described property might have
for access on or to Harbor Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to dedicate said access rights to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
to accept said offer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of GEORGE E. BANEY and
MARION N. BANEY, husband and wife, to dedicate to the City of
Anaheim any and all vehicular access rights which they might
have for access on or to Harbor Boulevard across the westerly
portion of the following described property bordering on
Harbor Boulevard:
All that real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
Lot No. 12, Block "D," of Tract No. 406,
California Square, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 16, Page 7 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept
the dedication of said access rights.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
