A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND FIJI:1,1C DTITTTY
PURPOSF3
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes to witi; An easement for ROAD AND
PUBLIC ITTILJTYPIMPUSZ,S
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property haVU offered
to sell and convey the same CU City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
acrosn that parcel of land, being a port±on of Vineyard Lot H-5,
as sbown on a Lap rrcorded in Look 4'of Deeds, pages 629 and. 630
of hiscellaneous Bocords of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Thr Westerly 7.75 feet of Lot 12 in Block D of Tract No. 406,
as shown on a Yap recorded in Book 16, page 7 of Fisellaneous
Yaps, records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property„ out Of General Funds of thO City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($I,OC),
