A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JERRY VICTOR MALER, a
Single man, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following
described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes, and more particularly described
as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes, over under and across the Southerly 53.00
feet (as measured at right angles to the center line
of Orangethorpe Avenue) of that parcel of land, being
a portion of Tract No. 613, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 19, page 19 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:
That portion of the parcel of land distributed to Louise
Kraemer Heffner, in the Decree of Final Accounts and
Distribution recorded May 11, 1938 in Book 93h, page 53t-1-
of Official Records of Orange County, California, lying
Southerly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of the land
distributed to Lucy Kraemer Brunet, now known as Lucy
Kraemer Coniglio, in the Decree of Distribution above
referred to, which point is distant thereon North 7
15? West 475 feet from the Southeasterly corner of said
land and running thence Westerly at right angles to
said Easterly line, to the Westerly line of said land
distributed to Louise Kraemer Heffner referred to above.

of said property.
