A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN RFA L PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JERRY VICTOR MALER, a
single man, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following
described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement
for road and public utility purposes, and more particularly
described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the Easterly 53.00
feet (as measured at right angles to the center line
of Dowling Street) and the Southerly 53.00 feet (as
measured at right angles to the Southerly line of
Orangethorpe Avenue) of that parcel of land, being
a portion of Tract No. 613, as shown on a Map thereof
recorded in BooR 19, page 19 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said
Tract No 613, said point being 891.38 feet South
7 15' East from the Northeast corner of said
Tract No. 613 (said corner being in the center line
of Placentia —Yorba Boulevard); running thence South
7 15' East 355.62 feet to the Southeast corner of
said Tract No. 613; thence South 73 12' West 6811.56
feet along the Southerly line of said Tract No. 613
to the Southern terminus of a line described as
follows:
Beginning at a point located 685.30 feet North
87 �9' West and 278.31 feet South 7 15' East from
the Northeast corner of said Tract No. 613, running
thence South 7 �5? East parallel to the Easterly
line of said Tract No. 613, to a point in the Southerly
line thereof; thence North 7 �5' West 587.40 feet
along said described line; thence South 87° 19' East
685.30 feet to the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
