A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PURL C iTT 1 TTY
PURPOSES_
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit o An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JERRY VICTOR MALER. a
single man,

State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the Southerly 53.00
feet (as measured to the center line of Orangethorpe
Avenue) of that parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of Tract No.
613, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 19, page 19,
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, said point of beginning being 123.16 feet
North 73 12 East from the Southwest corner of said
Tract; thence South 7 15 West 1,223.20 feet; thence
North 75 20' East 200.07 feet; thence South 7 151
East 1,215.70 feet to the center line of Orangethorpe
Avenue; thence South ?3 12 West 201.18 feet to the
point of beginning.
For the purpose of this description it is assumed
that the South line of said Tract No. 613 is the
center line of Orangethorpe Avenue.
