A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wito An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha offered
to sell and convey the same tie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JOHN L. WAITE and
ELIZABETH J. WAITE. husband and wife,
TO Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes

purposes over, under and across that parcel
of land described as follows,
The Easterly 10.25 feet of Lot 100 of
Tract No. 1453, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 42, pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pmy to th;e owners
of said real property out Of General Funds of thG City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00),
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
