A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same 65 City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HENRY D. BIELEFELD and
MATILDA BIELEFELD, husband and wife
to sell to the City o na e t e o owing •escr .e• rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Southerly 45.00
feet (as measured at right angles to the center
line of Cerritos Street) of that parcel of land
described as follows:
The West half of the Southwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
of Anaheim be died he is hereby authorized to pa to the owners
of said real property out b1` General Funds of the City of
Anaheim the sum of One Dollar 4100010
