A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND_ PI1R1.TC tiTIi.TTY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit o An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same t The City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of W. WARREN DOLLER and

53.00 feet (as measured at right angles from
the center line of B a l l Road) of the Easterly
88 feet of Lot Three (3) of Tract No. 162,
Home Croft Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 12, page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
(For the purposes of this description, the
North line of said lot is assumed to be the
center line of Ball Road.)

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, autiibrit'ed to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
