A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING THE LOCATION. FOR PARK-
ING METERS PURSUANT TO TITLE ].Li., CHAPTER 14.44.
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPA. CODE AND AUTHORIZING
THE OPERATION OF SUCH METERS.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Municipal Code provides that parking
meters shall be installed by the Director of Public Works and Super-
intendent of Streets in such locations as the City Council of the
City of Anaheim shall, by resolution, from time to time determine
and order, within the zones established by Title 14, Chapter )4.14,
of said Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, Section l4.44.070 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
provides that parking limits previously established by the City
Council may be increased, shortened, or done away with from time
to time, by resolution of the Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Director of Public Works and Super-
intendent of Streets of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to install parking meters at the follow-
ing locations:
Lincoln Avenue, on
Avenue, from Olive
Lincoln Avenue, on
Avenue, from Olive
of Melrose Street.

Street to
the south
Street to
side of the
Santa Fe Street;
side of the
66 feet east
Police Chief
Traffic Engr
Dir Pub Works

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the parking time limit on
said parking meters installed on Lincoln Avenue shall be two hours,
with the exception of those meters installed on the south side of
Lincoln Avenue east of Melrose Street, on which meters the parking
time limit shall be one hour.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that operation of the parking
meters at the above locations shall commence immediately after the
installation thereof, under Title 14, Chapter 14.144 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
this 20th day of March, 1962.
