A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same t The City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LLOYD R. PETTENGILL and
PAULINE PETTENGILL husband and wife,
to sell to the City o' Ana em t e owing escr e- rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility, purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described
as follows:
The westerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles
to the center line of Euclid Avenue) of the North 100.00
feet of the West 435.60 feet of the North 10 acres of
the South 20 acres of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 21, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO:
An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 5 feet of all of
that parcel of land described above.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
