A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to witg An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same tor71e City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD
CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate and politic,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as followso
A perpetual easement and right of way for
road and public utility purposes in, on and
over the real property in the County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
The westerly 53.00 feet (measured at right
angles from the center line of Cypress
Avenue) of that certain parcel of land in
Section 1, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
more particularly described in the Final
Order of Condemnation, recorded December 30,
1957 in Book 4150, page )1111 of Official
Records.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property,
