A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wita An easement for public utility
purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same tie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DELBERT CLUFF and ERMA
CLUFF husband and wife,
to sell to the City o na e m to o lowing described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes

An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across the Easterly five(5 of that portion of Lots One
and Two of the Anaheim Homestead Tract, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 26, page 10 of Miscellaneous Records
in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot Two; thence
South 15° 18' 23" East 599.94 feet along the Westerly line
of West Street, as shown on said Map, to the Southeast
corner of said Lot One; thence Westerly along the South line
of said Lot One, a distance of 125.00 feet to the true
point of beginning of this description; thence North 15
18' 23" West parallel with the Westerly line of said West
Street, 175.00 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the
South line of said Lot One, to the East line of Carleton
Avenue, as shown on a Map of Tract No. 1456, recorded in
Book 48, page 20 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California; thence Southerly along said East line
of Carleton Avenue to the intersection with the South line
of said Lot One; thence Easterly along the South line of
said Lot One to the true point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that property Southerly of a line
parallel with and North 15 18' 23" West 87.50 feet from the
South line of said Lot Two.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
of Anaheim be, and he is heteby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said teal property, out Of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($100010
