A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did heretofore enter
into an escrow with ABRAHAM L. BUENDIA, a single man, at
United California Bank, Anaheim. Office, Anaheim, California,
for the purchase of the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, said United California Bank is now ready
to close said escrow and a deed has been prepared conveying
said property to the City of Anaheim free and clear of all
encumbrances except the second half of all general and
special taxes for the fiscal year 1961 -62, and all covenants,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights, rights of
way and easements of record, as approved by the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the deed conveying the following
described property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to wit:
PARCEL I.
The East one -half of that portion of Lot A in
Tract No. 97, in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 11, Page 39 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line 235 feet
South of the Northwest corner of said Lot A;
thence South along Parry Avenue 40 feet; thence
East 135.60 feet parallel with the North line
of said Lot; thence North 40 feet parallel with
the East line of said Lot; thence West parallel
with the North line of said Lot to the point of
beginning.
PARCEL II.
Lot 19 in the Mary Goodman Tract, in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 7, Page 21 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County,
to the City of Anaheim, free and clear of all encumbrances,
except as hereinabove set forth, be, and the same is hereby,
accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said escrow holder be,
and it is hereby, authorized to deliver to said Vendor the
amount of the purchase price of said property, heretofore
deposited in escrow, when all conditions of said escrow have
been met and complied with.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 27th day of February, 1962.
