A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7215 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 61- 62 -16.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on September 26, 1961, adopt Resolution No. 7215 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 61 -62 -16 finding and determining that
the property and area therein described should be changed to
C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE upon the conditions therein
set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that through inad-
vertence or oversight the property and area proposed to be
reclassified was incorrectly described in said resolution,
and that said resolution should, therefore, be amended by
correcting the description of the property contained therein;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that the
ordinance, adopted October 3, 1961, directing said change of
zone and completing said reclassification proceedings, also
contained an erroneous description of the property which the
City Council directed be changed to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL ZONE, and that said ordinance should be amended
by correcting the description of the property contained
therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 7215 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 61 -62 -16 be, and the same is hereby
amended by, correcting the description of the property con-
tained therein to read as follows:
The North 383.16 feet of the following described
property:
The East half of the West half of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 14,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 51, Page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby, directed to prepare and submit to the City Council
an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1631 by correcting the
description of the property contained in said ordinance to
conform to said amended resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 7215 be and remain in full force and
effect.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 27th day
of February, 1962.
