1962-0186WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did on February 5,
1962, find that in order to create less confusion in the street
numbering system in the City, the names of certain portions of
streets in Tract No. 1246, which conflict with street designations
and the numbering system of other properties in close proximity to
said tract, should be changed, and did adopt Resolution No. 232
Series 1961 -62, recommending to the City Council that the names of those
certain portions of streets hereinafter designated should be changed;
and
WHEREAS, after a thorough study of the matter, the City
Council does find that in accordance with the findings of the
City Planning Commission and in order to avoid confusion, public
convenience and necessity require that the names of those certain
portions of streets hereinabove referred to and hereinafter listed,
be changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the names of the following portions of streets
in Tract No. 1246 in the City of Anaheim be, and the same are, hereby
changed to the names listed opposite thereto:
