A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO SOL PEISACH TO MOVE A DWELLING
FROM 5609 VIA CAMPO, EAST LOS ANGELES,
CALIFORNIA, TO 3324. THORNTON AVENUE,
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, SQL PEISACH having filed a written appli-
cation for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 56 09 Via Campo, East Los Angeles, California to 3,321!.
Thornton Avenue, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for
public hearing on the 27th day of February, 1962, at the
hour of 3 :00 oxclock`P.M.`and notice of the time and place
fixed for said public hearing having been given by mail to
all persons residing within a radius of three hundred feet
from the property upon which it is proposed to move said
dwelling house, building or structure, at leastten days
prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of
such owners appeared on the last available tax assessment
roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come op regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly
held and conducted and all persons interested therein given
an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having
duly considered said application for a house moving permit,
together with all evidence and reports submitted in con-
nection therewith, does find that said permit should be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said Sol Peisach
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling from 5609 Via
Campo, East Los Angeles, California, to 3324 Thornton Avenue,
Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, granted sub-
ject to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15,
Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the
moving of buildings from a point outside of the City of
Anaheim to a point within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 27th day of February, 1962.
