RESOLUTION NO. 62R -180
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO SOL PEISACH TO MOVE A DWELLING.
FROM 1769 SANTA ANA AVENUE, COSTA MESA,
CALIFORNIA, TO 3437 BRADY AVENUE, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, SOL PEISACH having filed a writtenappiication
for a house. moving p ex�mitto move a dwelling house from 1769 Santa
Ana Avenue; Costa Mesa,. California, to 3437' Brady Avenue, Anaheim,
California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 27th day of February, 1962, at the hour of 3 :00
otclock P.M. and notice the time and place fled for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure,, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of, such owners appeared on the last
available tax assessment`` roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons irk rested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having 'duly
considered said application for a house moving permit, together
with all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith,
does find that said permit should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said SOL PEISACH
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling from 1769 Santa Ana
Avenue, Costa Mesa, California, to 337 Brady Avenue, Anaheim,
California, be, and the same is hereby, granted subject to
compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32
of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings
from a point outside of the City of Anaheim to a point within
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 27th day of February, 1962.
