A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same tThe City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT G. ROBB and
NORMA M. ROBB, husband and wife,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described as
follows:
The Easterly 13.00 feet of Lot 17 of Tract No. 2176, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 59, pages 34 and 35 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described as
follows:
Beginning at a point 107.92 feet Southerly of the North
line and 13.00 feet West of the East line of Lot 17 of
Tract No. 2176, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 59,
pages 3L1 and 35 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, said point being the beginning of a
curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 15.00
feet; thence Southerly and Westerly along said curve
through a central angle of 90 00i 00" an arc distance
of 23.56 feet, to the intersection with the South line
of said Lot 17; thence Easterly along the South line of
said Lot 17 to the intersection with a line parallel with
and 13.00 feet Westerly of the East line of said Lot 17;
thence Northerly along the last mentioned parallel line
to the point of beginning.

EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City 'Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out Ot General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sups of One Dollar ($1
