A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to he City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JAMES EMMI AND VELMA W.
EMMI, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility poses
and more particularly described as f ollowsa
An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the Easterly
45. feet (as measured at right angles to
the center line of Raymond Avenue) of that
parcel of land described as follows:
The Northerly 293.50 feet of the Southerly
1300.27 feet of the Southeast quarter of
Section 34, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to to the owners
of said Beal property, out Of General !kinds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 41
