A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that tht offer of ORBIT STATIONS, INC.,
and DON L. ROBERTSON to sell to the City of Anaheim the fol-
lowing described real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an
easement for road and public utility purposes, and more par-
ticularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land being a portion of the
North half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, lying Northerly of the land con-
veyed to the Orange County Flood Control District by deed re-
corded March 5, 1959 in Book 4614, page 493 of Official Records
of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southwest quarter
of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S. B. B. M.,
said Northeast corner being the center line intersection of
Orange Avenue with the center line of Western Avenue; thence
Westerly along the North line of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 14 a distance of 172.00 feet; thence Southerly parallel
with the East line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 14
to the intersection with a line parallel with and 57.00 feet
Southerly of the North line of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 14; thence Easterly along the last mentioned parallel
line a distance of 111.88 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet;
thence Easterly and Southerly along said curve through a
central angle of 90 05 41" an arc distance of 23.59 feet to
the intersection with a line parallel with and 45.00 feet
Westerly of the East line of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 14; thence Southerly along the last mentioned parallel
line to the intersection with the North line of that parcel of
land conveyed to the Orange County Flood Control District by
deed recorded March 5, 1959 in Book 4614, page 493 of Official
Records of Orange County, California; thence Easterly along the

North line of the land conveyed to said Orange County Flood
Control District, to the intersection with the East line of the
Southwest quarter of said Section 14; thence Northerly along
the East line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 14,
to the point of beginning.
be,and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a con-
veyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the
City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 13th day of February, 1962.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor /of the City of
