A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit; An easement for public
utility •ur•oses and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha Ve offered
to sell and convey the same torthe City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of W. J. RICHARDSON and
IVO RUTH RICHARDSON, also known as No R. Hicnarclson, nis wire,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California,, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes

under and across the Northerly 25.00 feet of
the Easterly 20.00 feet of the Westerly 185.00
feet of the following described land:
Lot Ten (10) of the J. D. Taylor Tract, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 36, pages
58, 59 and 60 of Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
