A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement forroad and

WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha Ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of SAMUEL CLAUDE DE WEESE,. JR.
and SIDNEY E. LEWIS, as their sole and separate property,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road

over, under and across that parcel of land des-
cribed as follows:
The Westerly 80.00 feet of Lot B of Tract No. 2299,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 70, pages WI to
49, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
