A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CLYDE BUCKL,EY SCHL
and JOAN MARIE SCHLUND husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement fQr raad
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land des-
cribed as follows:
The Westerly 45.00 feet (as measured at right angles
to the center line of West Street) of the Southerly
265.00 feet of the Westerly 336.00 feet of the West
half of the South half of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to to the owners
of said real property, out bf General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1 OO)
