A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit. An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same tTThe City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of NORTH AMERICAN AID a
California Corporation,
to sell to the C1ty of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes

PARCEL ONE:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as
follows:
The Northerly 45.00 feet (as measured at right angles
to the center line of Anaheim Road) of the Easterly
655.47 feet of the Westerly 994..77 feet of Lot Eighteen
(18) in Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
(For the purpose of this description, the North line
of said Lot Eighteen is assumed to be the center line
of Anaheim Road.)
PARCEL TWO:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across the Easterly 8 feet of the Easterly 655.47 feet of
the Westerly 994.77 feet of the Northerly 1320.99 feet
of Lot Eighteen '18) in Block K of the Kraemer Tract,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88
of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
