A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal pur poses, to wit An easement for road and
ublic utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha offered
to sell and convey the same tc the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HAYS- HUTTON, INC., a
corporation organized under the laws ox the State o1 La1lIorn1s,
to sell to the CM 'na e�.m t.e o ow ng •escr`•e• rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
public utility purposes,
and more particularly described as follows.
An easement for road and public utility purposes es over,
under and across the Northerly three (3) feet
Southerly 53.00 feet of that portion of Lot Twenty
five (25) of Anaheim Extension, as shown on a Map
made by William Hamel and filed for record in California,
Office
of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said
Lot Twenty -five (25) and the West line of the Southern
Pacific Railroad Company's right of way, and running
thence South 89 53 45' West, along said South line of
Lot Twenty -five (25), 297 feet; thence North 0 06' 15"
West 348.66 feet; thence North 74 30' 00" East 193.7
feet to said West line of Southern Pacific Railroad
Company's right of way; thence South

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to 01my to the owners
of said teal property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 4I,00)
